HOW DIGITAL MARKETING IS A LIFE-SAVER!

Once there was a guy called Abdelrahman

He has a computer shop that provides services such as technical support and selling electronic products.

For many years, Abdelrahman’s revenue from the computer shop was everything he planned for until the covid-19 pandemic hits the world.

The shop shuts down and due to everyone being quarantined more and more shops were being out of service and therefore people were obviously unable to go to stores physically the same way they used to before the pandemic and so, people started using E-commerce more than ever.

So, he started thinking of how to change the way he sells his products and services, improve his sales and make or possibly exceed the revenue he used to earn.

He had a website, but he didn’t know how to market it.

So, he started to think about the digital marketing and while he was browsing the internet for a good course, he found the “FWD from UDACITY”.

He hesitated to take an action and to enroll in the course because he was not as confident in his English as he should and considering the fact that he never took a single online course before, He felt like it was not the right thing to do.

But when he noticed that the course is provided by MCIT “Ministry of communications and information Technology” which means that it’s accessible for free, and when he noticed the positive feedback from other students, he started the “challenger track” and he improved his English during it and when he finished it he felt like he wanted to know more about digital marketing so, he started the “professional track” and he graduated from it.

As a result, he improved his shop income and started doing freelance projects as a side hustle to improve his overall income.

And now he, as a result of all this, exceeded his own overall revenue expectations.
